Trust & transparency

Terms & Conditions

These terms describe the responsibilities that apply when you access or use JovarisCRM. Please read them together with our Privacy Policy and any service agreement for your organization.

Last updated: 3 October 2026 · JovarisCRM

1. Using the service

By using JovarisCRM, you agree to these terms on your own behalf and, where authorized, on behalf of your organization. You must have authority to use the workspace and provide information to it. If you do not agree, do not use the service.

A separately signed service agreement or order governs its specific commercial terms and prevails over these terms in the event of a conflict on that subject.

2. Accounts and workspace administration

Provide accurate account details, protect your sign-in credentials, and notify your administrator of suspected misuse. Do not share accounts or access records beyond your authorization. Workspace administrators are responsible for user invitations, permissions, enabled modules and timely removal of access when a user leaves.

3. Acceptable use

  • Use the service lawfully and respect privacy, intellectual property and the rights of other people.
  • Do not upload malicious files, attempt unauthorized access, defeat access controls, disrupt the service or probe another organization’s data.
  • Do not use customer or social data for spam, deception, harassment, unlawful surveillance or other purposes outside your authorization.
  • Do not submit information you lack permission to process, or use the service in breach of applicable platform rules.

4. Your data and responsibilities

Your organization retains its rights in the records it supplies. It grants permission to host, process, display and transmit those records as necessary to provide the service and carry out authorized instructions. The Privacy Policy explains personal information handling.

Your organization is responsible for its collection notices, lawful processing, record accuracy and retention requirements. Review calculations, payroll, invoices, tax outputs and reports before relying on them. The service supports business work and does not replace professional accounting, legal, tax or employment advice.

5. Social accounts and third-party services

Connect only accounts and business assets you are authorized to manage. Provider terms, permissions, app review and availability apply to each integration. Features may change or stop working if permissions expire, access is revoked, or the provider changes its service.

You can disconnect a supported account through Socials. Disconnecting does not remove previously imported records; use the deletion request process for those records. JovarisCRM is not endorsed by Meta, LinkedIn, Pinterest, Apple or Google merely because it connects to or is distributed through their services.

6. Plans, payment and cancellation

Fees, plan limits, billing periods, renewal, cancellation and refund terms are those presented in your accepted order, subscription agreement or applicable store purchase terms. These pages do not create an additional charge or alter mandatory refund rights. Contact your organization’s account owner about workspace billing.

7. Service ownership

Rights in the JovarisCRM software, design and branding remain with their respective owners. Subject to your agreement and authorized access, you may use the service for your organization’s business purposes. These terms do not transfer ownership of the software or of a third party’s trademarks or content.

8. Availability and changes

Features depend on your plan, enabled modules and deployment. Maintenance, network failures or third-party changes may affect availability. Any specific uptime, backup, support or service commitment is governed by your service agreement. We may update the service and these terms; material changes will be communicated as required by applicable law.

9. Suspension, termination and deletion

Access may be restricted to address unauthorized use, security incidents, breaches of these terms or obligations under the service agreement. Your administrator may also revoke access. Account deactivation is separate from deletion of business records. Request export or deletion through the data deletion page; records required for legal or legitimate retention purposes may remain.

10. Liability and disputes

To the extent permitted by applicable law and your service agreement, the service is provided without a guarantee that it will be uninterrupted or free from errors. Any agreed limitations of liability are subject to rights and liabilities that cannot lawfully be excluded.

Contact us first about a concern so we can try to resolve it. Applicable law and any valid jurisdiction provisions in your service agreement govern disputes. Nothing in these terms removes mandatory consumer or data protection rights.
